Berlin lies amidst a huge plain, filled mostly with sand. For ten years we have traveled to Stolzenhagen at the bank of the Oder river twice a year for intense Karate practice.

This year we will add a new element to our schedule – mountains. For the past years we have traveled to Weißwasser ( Bila Voda)  for stillness seminars.  The same hut in the middle of a deer enclosure will welcome us this year.

We practice in close contact with nature, in the forests and mountain meadows. The steep terrain will challenge us, the unique mountain energy will give us strength, warmth and support.
